Bolton Museum Opens It's Doors

As part of Bolton's multi-million pound Egyptian Gallery project, WJ Structures carried out extensive refurbishment works to the museum's internal envelope. Including internal structural alterations and terrazzo repairs on the buildings façade. We're a highly versatile refurbishment contractor who can undertake even the most variable scopes of work - even installing anchorage points for dinosaur bones at one of the Museum's many recently refurbished exhibitions!

We enjoy challenging projects and boast a successful portfolio of heritage works throughout the North West. The work we did at Bolton Museum stands testament to the quality and diversity of workmanship we can achieve. With longstanding supply chain partners Willmott Dixon, on behalf of the entire Structures Team it was a pleasure to help make this re-opening possible.

The revamped museum, now ready and open for the Egyptian exhibition has the capacity to hold more than 2000 objects on display. For more information on the Egyptian exhibition at Bolton Museum please go to Bolton Councils library and museum services web page.
