To friends of Structures,
This year has been difficult for the majority, and many are still struggling to navigate through these worrying times. At Structures Group, we are passionate about helping others, particularly those in our local community in and around Manchester. Manchester has been subject to Tier 3 restrictions both before and after the national four-week lock down, imposed in November, making it economically one of the worst hit areas in the country.
As December approaches, we are proud to be committing to Wood Street Mission, helping to save Christmas for children and families in our local area. Volunteers at Wood Street Mission rely on the generosity of others to provide new toys and gifts for children aged 0-14 years old, ensuring all children have something special to open on Christmas Day.
From Monday 30th November, we will become a donation hub; a location where people can leave gifts between Monday 30th November and Thursday 10th December, when Structures Group will deliver the donations to the charities base.
We are appealing to our families, friends, employees, clients and contractors to purchase a brand-new gift (toy, game, book or selection box), or gifts, and leave them under our tree before Thursday 10th December. Unfortunately, Wood Street Mission are unable to accept second-hand donations this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
We can also make arrangements to pick up any gifts you are able to donate if you are unable to drop off at our office (132-134 Chapel Street, Leigh, WN7 2DB). Cash donations can be made via our PayPal pool at https://paypal.me/pools/c/8uERTHYK8o. All cash donations will be used to buy gifts.
